As per my qualifications, for my nine to five job I am an Emergency Management Consultant who develops natural hazard risk assessments for cities, counties, and states. A large portion of this are GIS driven assessment maps that often require custom built GIS layers, geocoding, and the use of various ArcGIS extensions such as Spatial Analyst and Network Analyst. Per your project description, I do not foresee or predict any problems with completing the tasks you set out. I prefer to bid my projects under a timeline of a day or two greater than most freelancers. I do so we will have extra time to take care of any aesthetic or small tweaks to finished product. In this case, I'm assuming you have a specific idea in mind when you say: "Mapnik style." I'm familiar with the Mapnik plugin and its many options. if you have the shape files let mes show. Then if there is any easy ways to produce the raster map i would let you know. Preparing a raster considering all vector layers can be done by simply using vector to raster conversion, export all info by creating overlay and so forth. Let us discuss more about this. 15 years of experience working in AutoCAD 2d, working with shapes files and databases,drawing maps and municipal utilities and many other object..but my English is bad.

So I am cartographer, I think what you want to do is combining all of the layers of the input dataset into a single shapefile, which must be reprojected in the given coordinate system, and finally giving it a map aspect. What I can you offer is my experience in spatial analysis and mapping using ArcGis, ArcMap. If you think please leave me an email address to send some reference work!

Hi, The task you are asking for is simple but needs more specs. from your side to ehlp you with . I want to know the final destination application you want to use so I might help you more to get closer. For example do you want the final PNGs to be georeferenced so you can add them to the real location? And what symbology you like them to look like? With a background of a Vector map or a Image map"with a GE background for example"? Do you want to classify your data and give them a special classification of your own to symbolize them later or not? Do you need your data as a GIS READY data in a Geodatabase or just simple shape files? Your task requires to convert MapInfo layer and render them as map tiles. I can do perform the combination of these shape files as requested by you and then convert them to real world coordinates and then we can use any software's suggested y you to make tiles for them. In this programm I can import files from MapInfo, edit them, do the good map for you and expor map to png or other grafic data format.
