chamber of commerce cold fusion site

I need to create a web site for the local chamber of commerce using dreamweaver/coldfusion. Site must include all of the following. Please provide examples of comparable work that you have done. Work will begin in December and be completed in February. 1. Tools and Functionalities a. Essential components (What are the features that are essential to any proposal in order for us to consider it) i. Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 pages ii. Ability to edit ALL levels in-house iii. Consistent look throughout the site iv. Imagery that changes on front page v. Searchable databases optimized (ESTN, Business/Education Resource Directory) b. Non-Essential components (What are the other features of our site that we would like but are not essential to submitted proposals) i. Integration of chat rooms ii. Blog capability c. Most of the site will be accessible to the general public; however, there is a “Members Only” section as well. d. Some areas of the site will require members to “log in” in order to access specific information like the Employer Shared Training Network, CWJobs and Builders Exchange i. 2. Reporting Needs a. Full quarterly statistical report of hits, search engines, and pages visitors are going to and how long they spend 3. Site Specifications a. Design parameters i. Site must be developed using Dreamweaver templates, library items and editable regions for use with Macromedia Contribute b. Usability i. Usability testing mid-stream will validate navigation choices c. Platform i. ColdFusion scripting language must be used ii. Site must be located at a reliable hosting service, using Microsoft SQL Server, of which the Chamber must have online access through Enterprise Manager and/or Access Project file(s) iii. SBA information is hosted on our server d. Ability to pay via credit card (using the SBA software) e. There are existing databases that will need to be connected to the new site using Membership Partner software i. Membership ii. Leadership iii. Employer Shared Training Network iv. Business Education Resource Directory
