Connect an MySQL table with events to a Dojox Calendar

It's about an Dojox Calendar based on Zend framework which shows events from an MySQL table
The infrastructure consists of differnt user groups. Every user group see other events based on permissions.
...so every event is assigned to an module in one column, if the module is related to the user group. The event is shown in the Calendar.
Now we have added a new table filled with events, but not sorted as in the existing table.
The table is imported from an access DB and the column names are not the same as in the existing table.
So the tricky part is to connect the new table with the existing permission infrastructure to show the events in the calendar
Pls only offer your services, if you have experience with Zend, dojo and MySQL!!!
