Your project requires help to reverse a bankrupcy order. I do not know in what state this is happening or why the order was given. I know banckrupcy law in several states of the US and several other countries too so I am sure I can be of assistance to you. I am a registered paralegal in Honduras with authorization to prepare documents to be used in many different countries including the US. My father and my brother are attorneys and I have been working with the law for more than twenty years. I am unable to say what should be done or what documents must be prepared because to do that I would need to see the documentation and especially the banckrupcy order but the process is much the same everywhere, after studying the law in the state where the order was given I would have to prepare an appeal based on the evidence and documentation that you have.
