I have a contract with a music promoter in Australia for booking a tour.
Contract has been signed by purchaser and have been promised payment. Payment never received as promised.
Contract terms are 50% payable upon execution of contract.
Purchaser is now trying to get out of the contract and will not pay.
I need someone to look over my contract and make sure everything is legal and if i have a strong case if it need to go to court.
