Assistance with writing an amazon feedback request letter and postcard design (customer service). - repost

Hi I need a warm, friendly professional letter text asking amazon buyers to leave positive feedback and 5 star rating. (This is needed for an amazon seller to improve their level by gaining more positive feedbacks with 5 stars) Nothing less than 5 stars because ratings less than 5 stars is bad. Dont want to give buyer any thought of leaving less than 5 stars. The letter should say that the order was shipped from overseas, therefore shipping time is a little slower than an order shipped within the United States. To encourage the customer to give 5 stars feedback, say that the customer will be awarded a voucher of a 10% discount on the next order, after giving positive feedback. I will need this made in the next 2 or 3 days. Since this is a writing project, I want a worker who is fluent in English language to work on this project and that has knowlegde about design. The text should have correct english grammar and spelling. Will be provided the company logo. The size of the postcard are 105 x 148mm plus 2mm of margin on each corner., CMYK, CorelDraw or Ilustrator, and PDF file to print.
