We require some people to create a word for word transcript of videos that are uploaded Youtube.

You need to create a word for word transcript. The use of comma’s and periods is important.
If there is a pause, then you must start a new paragraph.
You MAY add additional information from other sources (apart from the video) to complete the article and avoid confusion. (IT'S VERY RECOMMENDED)
