I want to create some excel spreadsheets using data included mainly in the 2008, 2009 and 2010 OECD Education at a Glance report. I do have all the reports needed but they are in a PDF format.
I tried using adobe professional to copy and paste the tables into excel spreadsheets but sometimes the formatting does not work and I had no time to work on this more.
The tables I am talking about are 21 (which means that the developer has to copy 21 tables in 21 excel tabs and then create 21 graphs with this data). I would like the person who gets this assignment to use the very basic excel functions average to calculate the average of each table for the OECD and the EU19 countries. I do have the list of countries that are a part of these averages.
The graphs should be in this format:

Legend Below
Trebuchet Fonts in 9
Bold Title in Font 14

The project is really easy. Please be as specific as possible and reply back with a specific bid and time required for this task.
## Deliverables
At the end and after all the tables are constructed the person who performs the task should created bar graphs of Greece vs the avg of OECD, EU19 and all EU countries that make the EU19. The graphs should be in this format:
