Looking for very experienced professional and reliable Google Adsense website / wordpress creator who is able to build a site that can generate at least $30 USD per day. I need to see evidence of income (of at least $30 USD per day) once the website is ready at least for a month. Please reply only if you are capable of making this happen, as the payment will be released only after this income has been proven for one month. If you are not sure of meeting the above conditions, please Do Not Bid!
You will be responsible for writing the SEO optimized content and complete configuration and update of the website. The website must be developed using Wordpress ONLY and should look professional and attractive with images related to the niche topic.
I will provide the following:
1. Domain based on your suggestion (.com/.net/.org)
2. Hosting
3. Google account
The site must follow these conditions:
1. The site has to generate at least $30+ per day.
2. It must contain unique content with unique posts/articles for one year (1 article/week), meaning 52 articles that are not published anywhere else yet - Strictly no copying from the internet. The content must be in very good & proper English, must pass Copyscape and must be of very high quality.
3. Must be original and SEO optimized with keywords used adequately.
4. SEO promotion to be done as required.
5. Backlinks to the websites must be strictly WHITE HAT, with right PR (3,4,5…) and within reason (no spamming). WHITE-HAT STRATEGIES ONLY!!!
6. Wordpress based website with unique design, neat and Adsense optimized to attract people to click on the ads, but without violating Adsense Terms of Service.
7. the topic of the site must ( network topic or game topic or tech) if you have some other idea about the content please let me now
8. No Autoblogs or any Auto site/blog tools.
9. Must contain related images to niche topic.
10. Unique organic traffic (no bots, no traffic buy sites, no force clicks, no paid advertisement).
11. Traffic and clicks must by White Hat only. No Black/Grey Hat methods and no search engine penalties.
12. Have my Google Analytics plugin installed and linked to the same Google account as Adsense.
13. 100% AdSense "TERMS OF SERVICE" optimization ( very very important ) and only white hat method
Please consider the following points too:
1. Show me some of your previous website/blogs that you already created
2. Tell me how you direct and increase traffic to the website using ONLY legal, white hat SEO and methods that fall within the AdSense terms of service agreement.
3. Show me the proof of income after 30 days of launching of website, day by day statics to be provided ( Unique Visitor, Unique clicks, ad clicked, text-ads clicked).
4. Provide instructions on how to direct and increase the traffic thereafter.
Have to stress again website, traffic and ads clicks must be 100% within AdSense "TERMS OF SERVICE". I cannot risk my AdSense account and the site cannot be penalized in searches. TRAFFIC AND CLICKS MUST BE WHITE-HAT ONLY!
The amount of bid will be paid only AFTER I see constant income (meaning that the site must meet or exceed the required income of minimum 80 EUR daily for 30 full days) in My Adsense account. I will hold the payment for 30 days until this has been confirmed. I'm sorry, but no partial payments! When conditions have been met successfully, you will be paid in full.
I have other of projects to be done. So if the work is done well with good communication, there will definitely be other opportunities.
