Data Entry Team Leader

We are interested in paying by the hour. Please bid your price for one hour of work (by one person if you represent a team of people). We can work on modifying your bid later so that I can put an appropriate amount of money in escrow. There are four different tasks that would comprise a majority of the work. 1) Data Entry- Taking information from questionnaires and entering it into online dating profiles. 2) Prospecting- Conducting searches on these online dating websites to find people who match physical criteria laid out by our clients (Hair color, height, age, etc.) Your workers would then send them a private message using pre-written templates. 3) Communications- When people start responding, your workers would facilitate a conversation between the prospect and our client. Your workers would simply be an intermediary and their messages and actions will be scripted. 4) Internal Accounting- Whenever a task has been completed it will be recorded. This way we have good data to use in order to tweak our instructions to you in order to make them more efficient. (This is the deliverable for this bid request) All of this work will be scripted. The actual job consists of following directions that cover all situations. Prior experience in this type of work is not required nor expected- We want a hardworking, stable team that can scale. What we want is a team leader that can train and manage a team as needed as the workload increases. We will train the team leader. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform N/A
