Customer Service Representative
₱650-1100 PHP / hour
The Customer Service Representative will report directly to the management. The purpose and scope of this position includes handling of customer calls, chats and emails in a timely manner to provide consistent, high-quality service and accurate information to customers. This position requires, but is not limited to, the following:
* Excellent work ethic
* Excellent command in the English language, in both written and oral
* Ability to multi-task is a must
* Excellent listening skills
* Organized
* Internet and computer savvy
* Willing to learn/work in a fast-paced environment
* Keen eye on details
* Must be willing to work in the graveyard shift (9PM - 6AM Philippine time)
* Ability to work productively with minimal supervision
*Home-based work
*Must have stable internet connection
*Must have reliable computer
