Answer Our Support Requests via Zendesk

We are an event agency and looking for a skilled worker who can answer support requests on demand in a long term.
At the beginning you will work close together with our CRM-Manager who will train you. After you got enough experience you will handle support requests by your own.
Workload is reasonable and you can answer all requests once a day when it fits into your schedule.
