We have a scanned PDF document of names, addresses, emails and websites that we need entered into an Excel template. The addresses are in both english and french. The data is in 4 columns per page and approximately 7 addresses per column. There are 49 pages of data. Each address record is under three headings: Province, Department and City. A sample ,for layout illustration purposes only as it is not legible, of one of the pages is included as a graphic, as is the Excel template.
Updated July 25th:
I have updated the Excel template with an entry I have made from additional samples I have provided. The [login to view URL] is an example of the headings that appear throughout the document, usually 1 or 2 per page and they apply to all listings below it. The sample listing is an edited screen capture but represents what the listings look like. I have added the sample as a data entry example to the dataentrytemplate.xls. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
