The end result from this daily project, which is my Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Central Standard US time zone, is to provide reliable Pricing Market Research on properties provided. I will give the freelancer a property that we are analyzing, either to purchase as an investor or to list and sale retail as an agent, & I will need to know what that property should sale for within 30 days as a retail sale. I provide video tutorials, which teaches and explains the entire project tasks needed to be performed in order to complete the project. This project will involve the need for knowledge and access to: emails sending and receiving, skype for daily conversations regarding new projects; Dropbox for file sharing, excel for saving files, print to pdf program to save each property's information sheet throughout the research, youtube for viewing the training tutorials. Some experience with doing market research on residential properties is preferred, but will consider all candidates for this job.
