Create Database of activity providers

We are looking at launching a new website and we need someone to create a database of possible suppliers. We presume that we will have a database of around 3000 suppliers. Once the database is created we will short list the name of suppliers to 2000 / 1500. We will need you to send a personalised emails to this database asking them to sign up as merchant. It is very critical that English is your first language.
Work to start immediately and we expect it to be completed within 7 days. We have a source where you can get these supplier details.
