Create a contact list

I need to collect some data coming from the website www.fairguide.com. In this site you can obtain a list of fair exhibitors based on city and other parameters. The activity in detail is: - go to [login to view URL] site and click in exhibitors -select Italy and fill in the field City a list of cities I'll give (about 390 cities but many of these are small cities and generate less or no result) -The field name has to be left blank, in order to obtain all companies belong to that city. But for some big city you have a warning message becouse the results are too much, in this case you have to fill the single letters "a" then "b" etc... - Leave the" integrated website" flag, blank Then click "search" and you will obtain a list of companies and the related fairs. - you are expected to copy in an excel datasheet the name of the company; city; address; fairs belong to (you can list this fairs just only doing a simple cut&paste of all fair details up to location and date(see attached file)) but need to indicate the years of the fair in a separate field. You have to incluse only contact that belong to fairs of 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 or more. Leave the oldest one. - Please consider a maximum contact list of maximum 1000items (but I expect will be less...700) -following i.e. an excel field form
