Data Entry and Google Image Search - Wine

The successful bidder will input individual wine information from a PDF of a wine wholesaler portfolio into an Excel spreadsheet to enable bulk upload of the data to a website. Some wine knowledge would be beneficial, but this is not essential. There are two main tasks, as follows: 1. Input wine data from wine wholesaler portfolios into a structured Excel spreadsheet. There are 75 fields in total for each respective wine, but of these only 14 are mandatory, including the following: - Image ID (see task two below) - Producer Name - Wine Name (if any) - Vintage - Country - State - Region - Appellation/Subregion - LUC - Wholesale Case Price - Case Size - Type (still, sparkling, fortified) - Sub Type - Variety The complete data structure is available at the following: [login to view URL] Wine Variety is very important so in rare occasions where the portfolio document does not contain the information for the variety (e.g. it states only that the wine is a blend then leave the cell blank). Please do not guess - where a wine consists of multiple varieties then add the additional varieties in the subsequent fields. Where Appellation/Subregion is not stated assume it is the same as the Region. Regions inside Australia can be verified here: [login to view URL] 2. Google image search each specific wine producer to find and save an image for their logo. The logo is to be saved as a jpg file into a Google Drive shared folder. Please note - this does not need to be done for each wine, only for each wine producer as each wine producer will have multiple wines. Please also note it is the logos and not the respective wine labels that are required. Please save the file name with the producer as the prefix. For example, the producer 'Two Hills' would be saved as [login to view URL] and this file name must be saved in the Image ID column. You will need a Google account to access the folder to save the images, which is located here: [login to view URL] Tips: The Wholesalers will usually list wines by variety or producer and in some cases by both. The Freelancer may need to refer to both in order to attain the necessary information. Freelancers may find it quicker to use a PDF viewer to cut and paste the information into an Excel/Google Sheets spreadsheet and then split and clean the data before cutting and pasting it into the required fields. Alternatively, the Freelancer may feel more comfortable typing the data directly into the cells.
