Data Entry into Excel with formulas and tables to help find patterns

This started out as a small personal fun project but I am lacking into Excel expertise. Had too many exciting ideas and now what I want out of it I dont know how to finish it.
Essentially what I want is for someone to input data which is a 4 digit number (1234) into an excel spread sheet and calculate the amount off times a number is odd/even, or big/small(0-9).
There's 14 years of data which is approximately 250 numbers per year.

This website houses the numbers so if you can copy and paste you might not even have to manually put the data in. The data for each year must be seperated into the 5 different days/columns as you see it on the website.
I want each digit in each number to be treated as if its on its own. For example 1234, 1 is small and odd, 2 is small and odd etc etc. Ive added my Excel sheet that i started with a template of what I want in the Monday 14 Tab. This is an examply only and if you cn come up with a better way then go for it.
Data for this current year 2014 is ongoing so needs room to input more date and update as it goes along. But also would need to be easily compared to past results. Also blank templates for 2015 and future years.
Also would be great to be able to draw a data table to easily see any patterns that come up similar to the casino game of Baccarat (Pictured in excel sheet)
As you can tell I'm trying to beat the lottery :) This is just a fun little personal project so if someone can work with me and ask as many questions and also make it nice to look at.
I think the data entry and simple calculations side is easy. Just coming up with the overall design layout so that its easy to read may take some time. And the baccarat style table Im not sure if its even possible in excel.
Nothing is set in concrete and happy to hear ideas and answer any questions to clear anything up
