Divide a large audio file into 6,000+ saved and sequenced clips

We are making a mobile app to learn English. For the app, there will be many short clips of vocabulary and short sentences. The task is to take the large audio file and save each word/sentence as a separate file. You will create 6,342 small files.
You will need to download Audacity, a free, simple audio program. Then you simply open the file we will give you, and you will clearly see where each word/sentence begins and ends on the equalizer in Audacity. You then highlight the audio to be saved, click “Export selection as mp3”, and name the file according to the number we will provide. We will give you an Excel document which shows the text of the audio, with the correct number next to it.
You do not need any specialized skills to do this task, as it is very easy and simple. It will take approximately 20-25 hours to complete. You will send status updates on the work so that we can verify you are advancing correctly.
We will need this task finished within one week from when you begin, so please only bid if you will be able to complete the task in time.
