Do some Excel Work

I am looking for a very experienced Excel expert and VBA programmer with whom I would love to have a continuing working relationship. Please find details of the project below. SCENARIO XYZ company with a Headquarter (HQ) and 8 branches currently sends a cash-flow template which it designed in Microsoft Excel to the branches to be filled and sent back to the Headquarters. The branches fill the cash-flow template and send it back to the HQ. The HQ has a master workbook containing worksheets for each branch and another worksheet where all the information is consolidated. XYZ company is concerned about data integrity and security of its current method of sending/receiving and collating the data. WHAT WE WANT XYZ company wants an automated and secure process of collating and consolidating the data sent in by the branches into one master excel workbook. A break-down of the new system is as follows: 1. The branch is sent a workbook containing two worksheets. Worksheet one contains the controls/parameters and worksheet two contains the cash-flow template 2. The branch fills the cashflow template on worksheet two. From workbook one, the branch can select the year and month (to reference a particular cell range e.g cashflow for Jan2014) and then clicks on a button to export the data in XML format. 3. The XML file is sent to the HQ and will be imported to the corresponding worksheet in the master workbook. The master workbook (for use by the HQ) will also contain a worksheet one for control/parameters. User will be able to sect branch (refrencing a worksheet), year and month. It will have a button for import XML which when pressed will import the XML file into the appropriate worksheet and cell range. 4. The cells of past months should be automatically locked so that the data can't be manipulated. Please feel free to suggest alternative and better ways achieve what is described above. The developer will be provided with a sample of the master workbook, the template information that is required to accomplish this project.
