Add products to magento based web store

we have just re-launched our website using magento as ecommerce software. now products (for cars) have to be added to the database. There are about 65 different products to be added in 2 languages. German and English. Hence about 130 products have to be created. We will provide for each product an html file which contains all relevant data. from this file all information need to be extracted. The following main data fields need to be extracted from the html file and filled into database: -Name -Description -Short Description -SKU -Weight -Price -Category -add images (around 5 for each product) -year of construction in a seperate section of the database needs added -plus several other fields need to be enabled/disabled, activated etc. Attached is the user guide as well as one html file as sample in this case you extract the following info from this file. You will have to extract the necessary informtion form the html files and put them into an bulk uploadable file which we will review. If ok you then uplaod it to the database.
