I manage a private real estate investment company in Illinois along with my wife, who is a real estate broker with ReMax. I am quite familiar with the form. I am also very familiar with the process of researching comparable properties. We use the process all the time when either brokering short sales or representing fair market value analyses. I have 20+ years of experience as a residential construction manager (high rise, mixed use) and I have a background in mixed-use and residential appraisal. No training would be required but it would be helpful to know what you are using the form for. It would also be helpful to know what areas (geographic) you operate within. Good luck
