I have done live chat support (olark), admin support, email handling, phone support, content moderation, ticketing system (zendesk, freshdesk, happyfox), list creation, web to excel tasks, product entries, data scrapping, real estate tasks and more admin related tasks.

I am young, analytical, professional ready to work. My last employment was as an accounts assistant entailed; entering data from source documents to excel, importing excel data into ACCPAC, creating databases with supplier info and also but not limited to creating reports to generate required information. I have sharpen my skills in typing to produce 100% correct data with 5 year entering accounting data from excel to accounting software and reviewing source documents to ensure accuracy before entering. I have worked in customer service dealing with supplier queries via both phone and email.
