The Administrative Assistant position requires great customer service and organizational skills, the ability to communicate efficiently, strong time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to following through on projects and handle multiple tasks. The position requires at least two years prior administrative experience. In this position you will be responsible for a high volume of incoming phone calls, transferring of phone calls, scanning documents, data entry and other office related tasks. This is a full-time/ part time position, 40 hours per week. Benefits after 30 days. Candidates should be prepared to start immediately and to take on numerous responsibilities. Initial compensation will start at $25.00 to $30.00 hour QUALIFIED APPLICANT WILL HAVE: • High school degree or GED • Two years experience working in an office environment. • Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Ability to accurately type minimum 40 wpm. • Excellent organizational skills • Excellent communications skills • Ability to work well with others. • Good with photocopiers, fax machines, and personal computers. • Above average ability to handle/prioritize multiple tasks. • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions reliably. • Excellent customer service skills • Positive and professional attitude • Ability to finish tasks in a timely manner.
