U.S. Real Estate Company is searching for a CALL CENTER or a person(s) (preferably in the Philippines) that can handle INBOUND telephone calls from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm EST 7 days per week. We need calls from the U.S.A. routed to your voip phone system where your agents will enter basic information from the caller into our website. We expect 10 to 20 calls per day and WE WISH TO PAY A FLAT FEE OF $50.00 USD PER WEEK (not per hour). We do not need a dedicated person answering our calls. We can share staff as long as you can identify our callers from other customers. The successful person or company MUST possess the following: 1) Your own VOIP phone system and you must provide SIP Call forwarding instructions to us. 2) Agents MUST be fluent in English. 3) Must have inbound call center software already in place. 4) Full time staff ready to answer calls.
