Copy the data/questionnaires off two websites There are two websites ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) that I require someone to copy the information from. They are both online prescription services where patients select a disease type or a drug and then they are asked to answer a questionnaire about their health. The doctor then uses this information to write a prescription for the medication. I require someone to go through each disease type and drug type on the websites and copy the questions related to each disease type and drug and record the progression through the questions. Many of the questionnaires will be exactly the same for a number of mediations.
