Create a list of contacts

Step 1: Google search "medical director radiation oncology". Populate table in excel sheet using search results. Table should at first have the following columns: last name, first name, email (important to look for email even though it’s rarely given), facility name, and link. These need to be current directors, so if you see past tense: “so and so was director at so and so”, do not include in table. I see 32 pages in search results so that should give you an idea of the number of rows involved. Step2: Add the following new columns to the table: paper_title_1, journal_name_1, year_1, volume_1, affiliation_1, email_1, paper_title_2, journal_name_2, year_2, volume_2, affiliation_2, email_2. Then for each row you’ve populated in step 1, start a new search on [login to view URL] using the director’s name followed by “ radiation oncology”. Look for papers that meet all of the following conditions: 1. Director is first author 2. Published after 1995 (you can set this in advance search I believe) 3. First author affiliation, if found, matches facility name from step 1. Affiliation can often be found by clicking on the paper link and clicking the superscript next to the first author’s name. If you cannot find affiliation then assume condition 3 is met but leave affiliation field blank. If you cannot find a paper that matches these 3 conditions leave the columns in step 2 blank for the entry. If you have access to the paper please view it to find first author's email (often given in foot note in first page). The _1 and _2 in column names refer to most recent paper found that meets conditions and second most recent paper that meets conditions (if there is a second) respectively. Please copy and paste instead of manually typing values to avoid typos. Both quality and quantity are important but I cannot compromise quality for quantity. Preference will be given to applicants that have (institutional) access to journals in the field of radiation oncology, so make sure to mention this when applying if you have such access.
