Data Capture Recipe Information Into Excel

I would like you to populate an excel spreadsheet with information from recipes. The 15 recipes will be from a pdf that I will provide. An example of the spreadsheet is attached. You will be required to add new recipes to this spreadsheet. You will also be required to convert the ingredients into a single portion before adding. This post is a small job to find someone who can do the full job effectively. The full job will be for about 90 recipes and perhaps more. The job will be measured on the following criteria - Accuracy of data input - Accuracy of calculations - No duplication of ingredients - Good decision making on ingredient measures Previous Experience required - Previous experience using MS Excel - Comfortable doing simple arithmetic - Basic understanding of recipes Question: In this job the input ingredients have two types of measures [login to view URL] will need to choose the most user friendly measure for each ingredient for a person to go shopping with. If the ingredient was kale and the choice was between grams or cups, which would you choose and why? ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
