I have over 10 years of experience with Customer Service. I have handled email, chat, inbound and outbound support for North American customers. I have above par spoken and written English. I have a typing speed of 65 wpm with 98% accuracy I am a people person. i work well with different types of people. I am a team player, I work hard and learn fast. I always see to it that my work is accurate and on schedule. I had Leadership training and other training for North American customers.
