Data Entry-Copy and Paste

The project involves copying information from PDF files into a template that I have created. The template is part of a software so you would have to have the software downloaded on your computer in order to open the template, the software is free and is available for FREE download on the internet. There are 10-15 PDF files and I have done a trial run and estimate the entire project taking anywhere from 200-250 hours. As I mention it involves simply copying and pasting from the PDF to the proper data field in the template. Since all the PDFs are formatted the same way there is not much thought in knowing which information goes in which field. The PDFs also have images in them and there is a field in the template where these images should be copied using the snapshot tool in Adobe. The project will obviously be done on your computer and what you will send back to me will be two files. One is the file where the software I alluded to saves the data you have entered and the other is a folder where it saves the images you have copied into it. If it sounds complicated it really isnt, once you understand the layout it is really monotonous copying and pasting. The template I will send also includes a sample of what the output should look like. I would like a bid for the entire project of around 10-15 PDFs, each is about 400 pages long, and based on a test run it should take no longer than 250 man hours. I will not respond to bids that dont meet this criteria.
