Data Entry needed

The project involves about 1000 different entries, they are on a site and certain information (the item name, the image file name (ie 'autoresponders/pics/[login to view URL]' ascending where the entry is located in it's category), the type of entry (either 5 or 1 according to a file I will provide you), the link number for the entry (according to that same file I will provide you,) a short description of the entry and a long description of the entry) needs to be entered into a .txt file following certain guidelines. I will explain the guidelines in detail to the winner of the project. This is a one-time service and payment will be provided upon succesful completion of the project. Thanks and happy bidding.
