Company * We are a recruitment company Data * We have had LinkedIn data scraped which needs either adding or updating on our CRM * The data is all logged with hyperlinks to each individual persons LinkedIn page and listed with other information CRM * We have our own CRM - Very simple to use which I will show the winning freelancer how to use The Project * We have circa 5254 individual people which we have found on LinkedIn. Some will already be on our CRM (probably 30%) which will need updating if the information on our CRM is out of date. Any emails / phone numbers added / update their employers / add their LinkedIn hyperlink (this is all supplied in 1 excel document) * There will be some that you will not be able to determine which operating office of the company listed on their LinkedIn page they work for. I would like to have these added to the database BUT also hilighted on the excel document upon completion so we can track this down and sort * Each individual will be "tagged" under their specific position (there will be roughly 25 different "tags") - Again I will explain / show how to do this before accepting the winning freelancer & bid so we are very clear on the project * We will need the excel document to be highlighted with different colours to show - Updated / Added with full details (inc employer) / Added but without employer / possibly 1-2 others which we can agree on * This is 1 of 3-4 projects which we will be undertaking over the next few months so if we have a successful, high quality completed project, we will be working with you again on the other projects. You will see that I do not like changing my Freelancers often, the only times I have is if the next project is out of their capabilities or the freelancer is unable to start the project at the desired time IMPORTANT * I have uploaded a print screen of the Excel document AND a individuals page which needs updating / adding on our CRM to give you an idea. * The winning freelancer MUST be able to Skype and speak moderate English as a minimum so I can explain how this all needs to be done Please ask ANY questions you have, I will be happy to answer them all PLEASE READ THE FULL DETAILS BEFORE BIDDING AS I DO NOT WANT TO WASTE YOU TIME OR MINE
