Data Scrape Two Online Directories

There are two online directories for U.S. based claims insurance adjusters that we would like to capture using data scraping. The two websites are:

and

For the first one ([login to view URL]), you need to enter at least one search field to get the listing (e.g. "Line of Business). The lines of business we want to capture for are:
- Appraisal
- Casualty
- Catastrophoe (all 3 categories)
- Claims (both categories)
- Construction Defects
- Homeowners
- Insurance Consulting
- Property /Commercial
The initial search results are a list of companies - you have to click on each one to access the phone number and email address.
It's pretty much the same situation with the second one ([login to view URL]). All you have to do is click the "Individual" radio button at the top of the search area (instead of "company), and then click search and all the results will come up (there's about 1500 records). You have to click on each company name to get the email and phone number.
It would be helpful to have duplicates removed (by email address only) and we would like this in MS Excel format (or similar e.g. CSV etc).
This project is extremely time sensitive so we don't have the time to have it done by hand / manually. I suspect we'll only want to do this if it's a good application for data scraping software. Ideally, we would like to have the lists within about 24 hours, but 48 hours would be ok also. We'll make full payment quickly after the list is received and checked. We need about 24 - 48 hours to check the list.
