This job requires a data entry person to enter information into a spreadsheet from invoices/bills provided by email. The job will initially involve 30 to 50 bills every working day but may sometimes be as many as 100 bills per day.
Please provide a quote in either INR or AUD on a per bill basis.
A sample .CSV file is attached along with four sample invoices/bills with the information highlighted that I would like to capture.
The information needed is:
a) Biller name: This is the name on the letterhead of the firm issuing the bill
b) Invoice number: This is the number of the invoice (sometimes called a bill or debit note) that appears in the document
c) Biller reference: This is the reference of the firm issuing the bill. It usually appears after the words "Our ref".
d) Payer reference: This is the reference of the firm to whom the bill has been issued (ie the person who needs to pay). It usually appears after the words "Your ref".
Ideally a batch of 30 to 50 bills will be processed within 2 to 4 hours.
This initial project involves processing ~50 bills a day for 5 working days. If successful, we will need this work done on an ongoing basis.
