I need you to collect data about the hiring departments of law firms in the following four cities: New York, Los Angeles, Washington, DC, and San Francisco. The law firms must have 50 or more lawyers (you can see the size of the firm in the left-hand column). Please use the lists of firms on these websites:
New York (119 firms): [url removed, login to view]
Los Angeles (60 firms): [url removed, login to view]
Washington, DC (78 firms): [url removed, login to view]
San Francisco (49 firms): [url removed, login to view]
NB the website has errors -- a number of the firms are listed more than once, so the numbers above do not completely accurately represent the amount of work involved. It is less than this.
I want you to produce an Excel spreadsheet with the following data:
Column 1: Name of Firm
Column 2: Address of Firm IN THAT CITY (many firms have multiple locations). The address must be formatted correctly. You need to make sure that in the cell, the address is on two different lines. St. is short for 'street'. ST is the abbreviation of the state (NY, CA, DC). 12345 is the zip code. Example:
EDIT: The website is not allowing me to put the sample formatted address in here. Just -- make sure the address is on two lines, the first line being the street address, the second line being the city, state, and zip code.
Column 3: Name of Human Resources manager
Column 4: Email address of Human Resources manager (might be a generic email address).
Column 5: Phone number of human resources manager
Column 6: Name of the hiring partner (if such a person exists)
Column 7: Email address of hiring partner
Column 8: Phone number of hiring partner.
