Submit Queries On Website and Fill Results On Spreadsheet

I am interested in outsourcing the following task:
Periodically, once per hour, you will go onto a website, submit a series of queries and record whether there are any results or not. This is a very simple task and will only take 10-15 minutes or so at a time but will have to be done every hour.
You will need an american IP address, access to google drive (gmail account), and the ability to work from 10am EST to 9PM EST on a daily basis. This is a long term project that is perfect for freelancers who are already working on other projects during that time and can just quickly submit queries and then get back to their work.
You will also have to use the freelancer time tracking software for this project. I know it can slow down your computer and be a pain, but you'll understand why it is necessary once I explain the project to you further.

PLEASE NOTE: This process can not be done by any bot/scraper. The website that will need to be scraped will block any IP address that uses a bot.
