accounting data entry

Need a freelancer for ongoing project up to 1 hour per week (possibly less) to do small data entry in online Wave accounting software (basic accounting software much like a slim version of Quickbooks). Expect 4 to 5 hours per month max. Nothing at this point fancier than basic data entry on a regular basis. You will take receipts from things I have purchased for the business and enter the information into the proper account; and client invoices I have generated and split the amount among proper accounts; plus record client payments when they come in. This data entry I prefer to be completed on a weekly basis. Copies of receipts and invoices will be available to you via a shared Dropbox folder. Plus at the end of each month run three basic reports from the software and save them into the Dropbox folder for me to access. I will want everything entered and these end-of-month reports ran by the 5th of the following month. I have a marketing services business just starting out, but expect to expand within the next year and will prefer a freelancer who may be able to expand with me. If my projections are accurate I will be adding freelancers and staff and large projects including online sales as 2017 moves along, so there may be additional hours available later this year. English language fluent enough to accurately spell client names etc. and communicate with me fully via email/message. I do speak a small bit of Spanish, French, and Mandarin but not enough to communicate for business so I need you to be fluent in English.
