Hi There, Thanks for viewing this job post. I run a small travel agency and would need a contractor to either 'design' a simple business excel spreadsheet OR alter an existing sample (the sample is not for travel agency but can be easily changed - but I'm hopeless with excel so would need your help!). Here's what I need for the excel (to monitor daily activity and a summary of a quarterly overall amount). Business: *Profit everyday *Loss everyday *Pending (outstanding fee owed by the client that is yet to be paid- where I can chase them) * Tours *Flight Basically an excel that covers the day to day expenses and a summary of a quarterly figure so I can do taxes. I also want a page that shows other office expenses like legal costs, rent, office supplies, wages etc. The excel spreadsheet doesn't have to be complicated, it just need to be simple so I can see how much I'm making and the data is easy to retrieve when I do my quarterly taxes!.
