I have about 100 surveys, each with three questions with free text responses of no more than 250 characters. I've got an excel sheet wired up to tag these responses with a set of about two dozen descriptors to help categorize the responses and empower a bit of arithmetical analysis. I need the help of a contractor to do the content tagging on these responses. Each survey respondent is one row in one spreadsheet. I have additional columns next to each response for up to three tags per response.
