Copy Amazon Clothing Inventory to CSV File from Competitor

Copy an Amazon Seller's Inventory (Clothing) to our account. Our competitor seller account has about 10,000 clothing inventory. I will need to copy each item into another amazon seller account (my own), I do not have access to the account of the seller with the inventory so you will have to use the ASIN number. Perhaps putting them all in an excel file first would be easy?
Will need the following parameters/fields:
SKU
Product Name
Product ID (to be populated with the actual UPC or ASIN Number)
Product ID Type (to be populated with either word UPC or ASIN, depending on which one was used for the above)
Brand Name
Product Description
Item Type Keyword (Bullet Points)
Style Number
item-price
currency
quantity
search-terms1
item-type
main-image-url (link)
parent-child variation
parent-sku
relationship-type
color
color-map
department
size
Pretty much everything and anything that can be gathered from the Amazon users Amazon Store Front and items.
When Bidding explain if you understand the project and what I am asking you to do, how long it will take to transfer roughly 10,000 Clothing Inventory.
Also, just to clarify, I will NOT be providing ASIN/UPC numbers. You will have to scrape them yourself from the listing of the competitor's Store Front and listings. Will be using 1 competitor only.
And you will be responsible for sending me the completed Excel/CSV file with these above fields filled in and completed.
If all goes well, I will be looking to hire you again to add high heel shoes to my Amazon Store very soon as well as many other items! I have little money but looking to expand and wish to create a long term relationship with this person for future projects.
