Data entry - Excel Sheet, Web research

We are preparint the launch of an Online POrtal specilized on social dancing. We have identfied data sources to create a database on dancers, teachers, classes and other events. The data and the links to the sources are in an Excel file. There will be about 2500 data lines will be necessary, each line has 5-10 fields (Name, Adress, URL, email, ...) . 50% of the information is already in the Excel sheet, some additional data should be researched and / or verified. The data in the Excel sheet is often only in vertical blocks (5 lines, one below the otther) and should be transformed to fields in one line.
