Data entry of medicine brands in excel

I need 9500 medicine brands details to be entered into excel spreadsheet. Please check the attachment for a sample spreadsheet. ========================================= SOME FACTS ABOUT THE JOB ========================================= 1. I will provide the source sites (2 in total) from where to collect the data. 2. One brand may have 2-3 variations like capsule, tablet, injection etc. but it will be counted as one entry. Please refer to the attached file, yellow mark rows will be counted as one entry. 3. As the job is related to medicines, 100% accuracy is a must. 4. The job has to be completed within 15 days max., no exception. 5. Milestone payments will be made in 4-5 parts. As soon as you will finish a batch of 1500 - 2000 medicines, you will send it to me. After some random checking I will release the milestone and so on. 6. Most important fact is that the main source site does not allow to copy the data, so you have to manually type all the data. Please keep in mind this while bidding. ============================================== As this is a large data so I will prefer a team than an individual.
