1. Go to [login to view URL] 2. In the first search box "Find a Catholic Church by" type in Texas and click search. 3. The list will pull up with the "Archdiocese" first, followed by "Diocese" and "Parishes". 4. In the "Archdiocese" column, click on "Diocese Details" under the "Organization Details" heading. 5. The "Archdiocese of Chicago" will pop-up in a new window. Each parish listed will need to be pulled. 6. Click on either the "Diocese Details" or the "Parish Details" (ignore "Closed Parish Details", "Agency Details,"and "Ministry Details") 7. See below on how to set-up the Excel Spreadsheet. 8. A pop-up of the individual Diocese or Parish will appear. Collect the "Address" and "Telephone Number" and "Fax Number" (if available) information at the top of the page. 9. Scroll down and click on "Staff." Collect the "Top Two" people's information. If there is an envelope next to the name, an email address will be available by clicking on the name. 10. Some Parishes will have a website link above the "Parish Name." Click on the link to collect the "Website" address. 11. Follow steps 6 - 9 until completed.
