I have a list of 6500 addresses that I need to have some information changed.
I need the address field to be broken down into address, suburb, state, postcode.
At the moment most the data is in address so the person awarded the job would have to go into each field and move appropriate data into appropriate areas.
Now some addresses are already done but there is roughly around 4500 to 5000 that need processing.
I only want bidders who can work fast and realistic pricing.

We assume the original addresses is already in Excel. Then we can determine the last position of space, get the last block of information and put it in the right column, delete the last block of information from original address and repeat for the next last block.
If you like, we can keep the original address side by side for audit purpose.

I can do this immediately - that fast! Just needs a few functions and some manipulation in Excel. And I will put the functions and modus operandi in a separate sheet for future use by you. I have done this kind of work before for an Australian schools site with over 7000 records.
