I need someone to design an Analog-Digital converter for automobile ultrasound parking sensors. I have installed a standard ultrasound parking sensor kit on my car. The device is similar to the one shown on the following link: http://www.amazon.com/XD-066-Display-Reverse-Parking-Sensors/dp/B0055XCLK4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1405482577&sr=8-1&keywords=parking+sensor The ultrasound sensors get a lot of noise when I turn on my headlights or run other electronic devices in the car. I have tried everything possible to remove the electrical noise but I have not been successful. I am also unable to replace the sensors because they are painted with the bumper, and if I try to change them I risk damaging the paint on my bumper. I would like for someone to design an Analog-Digital converter that would attach to the 2-wires coming out of the back of EACH sensor. There are a total of 4 sensors on the bumper. The Analog-Digital converter should convert the analog signal from each ultrasound sensor into a digital signal that will not be susceptible to electrical noise in the car. I would also need you to design a receiver that would receive the digital signal from the 4 sensors, and convert it to be displayed in the digital display that comes with the parking sensor kit (see the [login to view URL] link I provided earlier). I will send you 1 complete parking sensor kit (similar to the one shown on the [login to view URL] link I provided earlier). The kit will include 4 sensors, the analog receiver, and the display. You should use the 4 sensors and the display from the kit. We will replace the analog receiver with your digital receiver. Your bid should include the cost of design, building 4 Analog-Digital converters, and making 1 Digital Receiver. The parts you build can be large if needed. Once you have tested the device and everything works well, I would need you to mail it to me in Los Angeles (the cost of shipping should be included in your bid for this project). Once I test it on my vehicle’s parking sensors and everything works well, only then I will release the payment to you. At the end you must also provide me everything I need for making additional devices, including: Schematics, Gerber files, Parts List, Detailed instructions for assembling the device, and detailed instructions on how to program the device. You must use electronic parts readily available on [login to view URL] You must also make the device to be programmable using the microchip pickit2 programmer (this is the programmer that I have). Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi, Have a Great Day. After going thru the details i would like to offer a solution that will be based on filters. It is not wise to use ADC because of following Reasons. 1. The step size of ADC is voltage dependent (voltages have too much noise) and you would not get accurate readings. 2. When head lights or stereo Amp is powred up the pull down the RPM of Generator resulting in Harmonic distortions they need to suppressed properly. 3. The Ultarsonic sensors must be galvanicaly isolated from the mains of Engine power (it could be a generator or battery connected to generator). I have more suggestions and preventive meassures to keep the Ultra Sonic up and working perdectly, Please feel free to contact. Best Regards, Shahbaz.

I'm Electronic engineer and I would like to use my extensive Embedded system design and PCB design knowledge to do this projects . I'm so experienced with Arduino, PIC ,DSpics and expert with orcad, proteus,Ni multisim, PSpice , Matlab, .software. For more details you can go through my portfolio as well .We can USE rs485 or Hx711 module for make it high immunity for noise thank you Chamika Gamage Electronic Engineer

Hi, I'm an electronics engineer with more than 6 years of experience in designing and developing various digital and embedded systems... Just like you suggested we can do it with a PIC controller or using Arduino, so that there won't be any extra need of Analog-Digital Converter. (ADC module is integrated within the microcontroller). So that instead of making 4 ADC + 1 digital receiver, we can use a microcontroller. It can also be used for lighting up the display... Kindly let me know if you are interested...:-) Thank You

This is a response bid! normally instead of sending clarification messages I directly put things through my bid when employer has technical capabilities. I will refine my bid if required, the first problem is the signal to US transmitters are US trapezoidal pulses, the extreme harmonics content causes difficulties in direct ADC conversion, one way is to find out what is the square wave frequency (fundamental) use a tuned filter =>active rectify =>Ato D=>uC. I have used this US Transmitter Receivers and they are real noisy, you may try the above mentioned method, if you can measure the fundamental ( possibly around 25 Khz-30 Khz) I can send you the schematic of the filter, active rectifier and the PIC converter with ADC you may use, all this as your budget is on the lower side to implement from India. Good luck Adi

Hello, I am an embedded systems designer and developer and would love to work on this project for you. In my humble opinion, you do not need to have built another receiver because if you do you will face the same problem if you use it in the noisy electrical environment of your car instead you need a good electrical noise suppressor to be designed built and installed between your existing device power input and power source. If you like I can design, build and test such a device and send you to install in your car. regards, mak
