Is there a Bill of Materials, and Load Budget? Also is there a solid works model of the house? What estimate time that you need this done by? This is a straight forward project shouldn't take me more than a 3-5 days. I've worked with industrial, and Nuclear setting in Canada so should be quite easy to do. I will most likely draw this in Autocad, and look over his work see if I see any glaring problems that are against code.
