Device to control micturition in paraplegics -- 2

It targets the paraplegics who have no sensation in the bladder region and thus do knot know about the urine level. They cannot control their micturition either which may lead to incontinence. The device should detect urine level in the bladder of the patient and an alert system will keep the user updated about it at all times. The user then voluntarily may micturate by using the control given to him. The fundamental technique is already decided in this case and only needs the implementation of the idea. The idea shall be discussed in private. [NOTE: Only a prototype/model needed. Running on a patient is not necessary. Should only be similar to the concept.]
