Design plans for shed + plans for permit with the city

I am looking for plans for a shed in our backyard
ive already begun construction on the shed and recently found out the size im building requires a permit.

Setback is minimum 2 feet which is what I've used, mine is alittle over 2 feet around 2ft 2-4 inches.
Ive measured the shed now and its 132.50 inches width and length. Then another 7/16 for the OSB so roughly 133.50 inches with the OSB.
From the floor to the top of the plate on top is 97 inches.
from top plate to peak of roof roughly 37 inches
Im using 6/12 slope for the roof and will be using asphalt shingles.
overhang is 6 inches from the 2x4 not the wall OSB board.
Walls are 2x4 16 oc.
shed is built using hip roof with 16oc as well using 2x6 lumber for rafters/hip/common/jack/creepers.
I will be using vinyl siding for outside.
there is house wrap on the shed on outside of OSB board.
there will be 1 40inch x 80inch doorway
there will be 2 25x32 windows one on each side of the door
there will be 1 58x32 window on one wall
