Create a **Web** application to create a rank of ranks of MBA course from various business schools based on an average ranking from various sources e.g. Financial Times & Economist.

## Deliverables
Variables:-
a) Source of the rankings e.g Economist, Financial Times
b) The programme e.g full time course or distance learning course.
Based on the above selection, the average rank from the different sources will be computed and the results displayed.
**Functional Requirements:**
The display should sort the results by the average rank and it should display the rank from each source. Eg
Business School A has Overall Rank X : Economist ranking Y : FT ranking Z
The application should provide the ability to also sort the results by different sources . When a new data source is added, the application should provide the option to select the new source.
The application must be able to perform a real time weighting of the different Business Schools .
The order of the Business Schools will have to change dynamically in the list.
**Non-functional requirements and technical information**
1. The application will be web based.
2. Data will be provided in an Excel spreadsheet, but it can be in simple text or other form exportable from Excel (including XML). The requirement is that it is reasonably easy at a later time to add/change data.
3. Technologies are subject to discussion but there are no practical restrictions.
