transfer products and categories to magento

We want all the products and categories from [[login to view URL]][1] to be transferred to our magento site. All the categories on the magento site should be same as that on [[login to view URL]][1]. Also some of the products are having printing option which when selected should reduce the price by ?1. We have already transferred all the product images to target server and also have extracted all the products and category information in an excel but it seems some of the products need to be created as configurable products to work correctly. You will be responsible for making sure that all the products from cottonroots site are in right categories and are showing all the relevant attributes as in the current site. We want this to be completed at the earliest. Please let us know how fast you can complete this ?
